  I am amazed!! Belle Tire took such good care of my car. They didn’t even charge me for a tire patch. As someone who is out of state for college, I am so glad I now know of a place to go to for car troubles/maintenance. Will be back again!!

  CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! They are are trying to take advantage of people that dont know any better. its happened to me twice now and several of my colleges have had the same issue! I took my truck there for a brake hose replacement and they wouldnt replace it because they said we needed all new brakes and quoted us over $1500 which litterally 2 days before that we replaced the intire brake system and just needed 1 hose replaced! so after a few weeks unfortunitly I tried them again to have my wheels high speed balanced becasue the weights came off and I had a high speed vibration, after sitting there all day I called them and they informed me that they couldnt balance them because they were in too bad of shape and tried to sell me new tires! the next morning i went to discount tire and they said nothing wrong with my tires and they balanced them for N/C and the problem was fixed!

  Worse tire repair shop in the area. I simply asked to fix two rim leaks and replace the front tires. What do they do instead? They leave my worn tires in the back on the car and THROW AWAY my new front tires. On top of everything, I prioritized fixing my two rim leaks and this was completely ignored. It’s not hard to sand down and reset the bead on a tire I don’t get what it’s so difficult for these companies to execute simple request. Unless they can make things right, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  I am very sad to have to write this as I've been using the West Main Street, Kalamazoo store for over 20 years. Please be careful when you use this facility. I brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 2008 model, in because the dashboard was turning off then on; so I met Troy at the counter and told him I had looked up the codes and that "my dashboard has been flashing on and off," and I had 3 other codes -which he replied:" we have to charge you $162 dollars so the mechanic finds the codes and such...so I told him that was fine. So I'm there a couple of hours and Troy tells me well we found the codes you mentioned, but your gas tank straps need replacing, an O2 sensor, an oil senser plus codes 0455 0456 that I've had for years (minor emissions leak which they couldnt fix) . I'm a 100% disabled veteran and I live alone, so my truck is very important to me, but I had to be home by 4 for medication could they have it finished by 4 and fix the problems - the mechanic and Troy told me they could and it was going to cost me over a A THOUSAND DOLLARS to get everything fixed. They finished early so I get in the truck and guess what they didnt fix the dash turning on and off..so I go back in and long story short Troy tells me to come back in the morning they won't charge me and he had not communicated to the mechanic about the dashboard (the fix was going to be expensive) eventhough the mechanic had to notice it when he moved it. l get there in the morninng this is what I get: " I'm sorry we can't fix it because Dodge doesn't do this or allow them so I have to take it to a dealer, but he was willing to reimburse me the $162. I told him I would have not spent the thousand dollars there if I knewI had to take it to the dealership, I would have paid the dealer! Troy admits it was his mistake but there was nothing he could do but Ill reimburse you $250!!!! I still cannot believe this happened and theres no law against this type of swindel, cause that's what it is! So now I have to take it to a dealer and pay again. SO BEWARE OF BELL TIRE, they took advantage of a 20+ year customer - that would never have happened if Chad Richardson was still running that store!!BEWARE! To the Owner about their response; I don't have a number to call you personally, and folks should know the result of the outreach: What you can do is pay for the bill from the dealership and for that I would be willing to forgo the $250 dollars.
