On Thursday, I dropped my car off at the main service center and waited at the nearby McDonald’s for nearly two hours—which I expected. No big deal, things take time. However, the next morning I had to drive my mother—who is 40 minutes away—back to the area for chemotherapy. When I started my car Friday morning, my PSI had dropped to 16 overnight. With almost a two-hour drive ahead of me, and cancer not waiting for car trouble, this was unacceptable. I immediately called Belle Tire, explained the situation, and made it clear that today was a packed and stressful day. I was assured it was an issue on their end and that they would take care of it. Around 2 PM, I finally had a moment to leave the cancer center and head to Belle Tire so I could still make the additional two-hour drive to get my mother home. When I arrived, I ended up waiting another 2.5 hours for them to correct their mistake. Do not go here unless you’re prepared to wait for hours, only to return and wait even longer. Very unfortunate and extremely disappointing.
