- HDHailey DoctorNov 9, 20251.0It looks like I’m not the first one to leave a review about this worker (guy with dreads), but I went in to return a part and he asked if I had my credit card with me. I said yes, and soon after the card reader changed to a screen that said tap to pay. So I tried to tap and it wasn’t changing screens after a minute of trying so I asked if maybe I was tapping it in the wrong spot? He stopped what he was doing, looked at me and said in the most condescending tone “Slow down. I’ll tell you when to tap.” I said oh sorry, just so you know down here it says tap to pay. He turned his screen around and said well here my screen is telling me I need your signature. I said oh okay. I signed and again in a condescending tone said “Look at that, you didn’t even have to tap. Have a great day.” Super disappointed in the interaction. I’m not one to leave bad reviews because there’s enough negativity in the world and I understand people have bad days, but would love to be treated with respect and offered help by associates (which I was when I originally bought the part - the other associates were great!)
