When I asked a woman to help me check which lights might need to be replaced on my company van, I was greeted with a deep sigh, about face and nothing verbal. I spoke up as she walked away, essentially saying sorry that was obviously too much trouble to step outside and that I would seek help elsewhere. Perhaps she was headed for her coat, but you lost me at deep sigh. Won't be back here if I can help it.
