- BDBrandyn DolphJan 21, 20264.0Gave me kind of a hard time exchanging the wrong rotor that they gave me for the right one they said the one that I had brought back which was brand new was damaged because it had grease on after explaining to them it wouldn't have grease on it if I didn't have to install it just to take it right back off to come back up here they looked up the right one which was a little more expensive. They ended up swapping it out and not charging me any extra which I thought was good customer service but at the beginning of the transaction there was some some unneeded attitude I feel but everyone has off days so I'll just leave it at that. Bottom line is they gave me the right one for free after exchanging the wrong one and since it was their mistake they didn't charge any extra
