They brought it and it is just sitting in the bay with no one working on it. They double book, and if you don't just sit in the waiting room they don't take you at your appointment time.

I called him late Friday to see if he had any appointments - it was a packed Saturday but he said if the car could be there all day he’d find a way to get it done. I had the car towed and planned to call at 8am Saturday. Harry called me 5 minutes before 8am to let me know he got the car and that he would get it done. He didn’t push me into 4 expensive tires or anything. He heard what I needed and went ABOVE and beyond. I’m blown away. Thanks Harry!

I drove over 50 miles without realizing. I could’ve been seriously injured, possibly even killed. I will no longer be going to this location.
