  Used a gift card to purchase a part, it required a deposit for the old core for $40, paid the deposit in cash. Returned the core to the store and all they could do is give me a gift card. Why require a deposit if you can’t actually give you your money back? They told me the card I got is “like a visa” and can be used anywhere. But that was not true.

  Trevor at AutoZone provided outstanding customer service during our recent visit. We brought our vehicle in with a few concerns and he immediately took the time to listen carefully and understand what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made the process much less stressful. What stood out most was that he gave us his full, undivided attention the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident about the solution and didn’t rush us or treat us like just another transaction. It’s rare to encounter this level of professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Trevor made the experience smooth and positive, and his dedication to customer service truly deserves recognition. Highly recommend stopping here if you need knowledgeable and reliable assistance.

  Unfortunately, my experience here was too short to write home about. When I asked a woman to help me check which lights might need to be replaced on my company van, I was greeted with a deep sigh, about face and nothing verbal. I spoke up as she walked away, essentially saying sorry that was obviously too much trouble to step outside and that I would seek help elsewhere. Perhaps she was headed for her coat, but you lost me at deep sigh. Won't be back here if I can help it.
