  I like the service at this store. The people are very helpful in finding parts and supply's. I also like the rewards program that they have. I recommend shopping here for your auto parts needs. Keith deserves the five stars, he goes above and beyond.

  Cooley was a life saver! Went in to get a headlight and he offered to change both of them for me! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast! Thank you!!!!

  Is Kalamazoo always this interesting? First time using the store. Part I needed was purchased online, when I arrive at the store to pick it up, there is a guy yelling and clearly frustrated with a return, the manager was upset clearly as he was getting loud as well. I stood and waited for about 10 mins to pick up a part I already paid for. It seemed kinda hectic, from a management side. Than they gave me a hard time about picking it up and saying I had to sign for it, when I paid in full. I finally got my part and just walked out, nobody was much help honestly. Everyone has a bad day, but off first impression, little hostile feeling, with a lack of management control. If you want a good laugh use this store😂

  They are rude and don't know what they are doing. They tresspass you if they don't like you and no higher management picks up the phone. Kieth the store manager doesn't know what he's doing
