They couldnt do the transmission flush due to how the valve is set up on my 2013 Ram 1500 which is fine. They also told me when showing my dip stick post change that it looks low because the oil needs about 15 minutes to recirculate through. Whether or not that's true Im unsure, but out of all my valvoline trips over 4 years, never once have I been shown a low dipstick after my change and then given an explanation which should have been my first indicator something was wrong. I took it to my usual mechanic right after to do the transmission flush instead. When I got there they told me I was leaking oil so bad I could've ran out of oil at any moment on my way there. The oil cooler was broken and leaking freely. My guess is likely from over tightening my filter. Cost me over $1000 in repairs and made my oil change worthless. I would visit a different location and I am definitely considering just having my mechanic do changes from now on since Valvoline's employee standards are progressively declining.

It turns out the fluid was a bit low, it didn’t completely settle after I left, and it wasn’t until I was about home that I noticed a problem. Dillon personally came to my house and made sure everything was fixed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you. :)
