  Sometimes the wash is adequate. Sometimes it is not, and your car will still be dirty, especially the back of your car (for some reason, the science of cleaning the back of the car is still a mystery). Sometimes you will get stuck as the car wash completely shuts down for no apparent reason. So bring some trail mix or a granola bar, just in case. But at least it is super expensive, so there's that! If you want a guaranteed clean, without getting trapped inside the car wash, for under $5, go to a manual car wash.

  I love being able to get my car washed when I need to and not have to wait in line to pay!

  My car started going sideways in the car wash it messed up my front bumper, and my alignment and rim They had it on camera and said that they were going to fix my car and never ended up doing it because they said I took too long to bring it to the body shop, but that was my daily driver and I needed my car so then they ended up giving me absolutely nothing so I will never go back there again!!! I would’ve been simply happy if they would’ve gave me a free membership for even a month but the fact they’re just gonna mess my car up and act like it was my fault or my problem is absolutely crazy and then to offer me absolutely nothing in return smh That’s not how any companies should work or treat their customers!!!

  Lots of bells and whistles for the car wash, but unfortunately many of them don’t work. For something with that price tag I expected a more thorough clean and functioning equipment. $22 for the works wash, but it left plenty of dirt on my vehicle in several spots (rear hatch, wheels, rear side panel, windows, etc.). It certainly cleaned most of the car, but it will require a touch up or another run through a different wash to be truly clean. Dryers aren’t adequate either. They take the bulk of the water off, but left lots of residual; more than other area washes. They supply free vacuums as most car washes, but they were either out of order or turned off today. Pressing the “assistance” button yielded no help or results either, and no staff available to help. Not the worst car wash I’ve had, but definitely not adequate and disappointed with the outcome.
