- JSJoshua Strait2 days ago1.0I made an appointment today for them to look at a tire that they replaced two weeks ago that has been constantly leaking air, I called earlier today to make the appointment. They said that they were available, and I could stay there while they work on my car, I am now at the shop and there is a sign posted saying that they have temporary hours. This trip added about 40 minutes of driving to my day that I was not intending to do unless they fixed my tire and now it is all for nothing and I probably won’t be able to get my tire fixed by the shop due to the poor management. 2 thumbs down. Due to the staffing issue I will have to go to another company to fix THEIR mistake, and I will no longer go to monro for any automotive work!
