I tried to have a re wash done and I was told I needed to pay for it, due to not being a member. Excuse me?! I expect a full refund. Immediately. I’ve also tried calling several times to speak to someone and everyone just chooses not to answer. So, either I can have MY refund, or I can call corporate. :)
