Went in yesterday by appointment, but they didn't have my tire in stock so it had to be ordered for next day delivery from Lansing, 45 minutes away. I checked in at 2pm today, telling them I really need this for work, and again at 4pm, which the second seemed to spur them into getting on it. Wasn't done until 4:45pm which meant it was not possible for me to get where I needed to be for my job before EOB. It was frustrating because I lost 2 days of work over this. I went in and saw what they deal with so I couldn't be too upset, though. They're busy, do good work and have reasonable prices.
