I knew it was going to be tough to get the parts- but they were amazing at always being in contact with me about when the parts were going to be in and if they were going to be late, they made sure to tell me. There was one part we were waiting on for about 3 weeks but they had called every vendor they are in contact with to see how soon they could get it in from each vendor. Gerber was in contact every Tuesday and Thursday either VIA text or phone whether there was an update or not. And if there was an update on the off days, they would always call and let me know. I would 100% recommend Gerber to anyone in the area with how helpful and honest they were with me about the process of getting my car fixed.
