    I very much appreciate Jason and his team at Belle Tire in Jackson. Came in today for a brake flush as i was concern the pedal was going down kind of far....and it has been a good 4 years since my last flush. Anthony did a FANTASTIC job with the brake flush, the pedal is firm again, brakes feel brand new! Thank you Jason, Logan, Anthony and Steve!!! I appreciate you guys! Cheers! ML

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Belle Tire thanks to Jason Linnabary! His customer service was truly EXCELLENT from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and worked with me to find the best options within my budget. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and kind in this line of work. I’m honestly blessed to have been helped by a soul like his. Jason is the reason I’ll continue coming back!! HIGHLY recommend!

    Worst experience ever encountered at any car service facility. Dropped a vehicle off for a tire repair (screw in tire) and an oil change. Told rep at desk that the car wasnt needed the remainder of the day and if it had to wait a bit, that was fine. Guess they took that to a whole new level because 24 hours later, we still hadn't heard anything about the car. I called and asked about it and was told "oh, its done, it was finished yesterday" ok...so why was there no call made? I proceeded to ask what the cost was and was told "the tires are under warranty, theres nothing charge for the patch" when I asked how much the oil change was he replied "what oil change?" So, yes, they've now had a vehicle for 24 hours and all they did was patch a tire. Told the rep an oil change was requested to be done when the car was dropped off to which be replied "well no one wrote it down. We'll call when it's done" and just hung up. 3 hours later, a call was received claiming the vehicle had a "massive oil leak". There have been no oil spots in our driveway, or in the parking spot at work where it sits during the day. Told the rep to complete the oil change and we would pick the vehicle up. 2 more hours and still no call. We called back and the rep said "yeah, its done" Went to pick up the vehicle and asked the rep at the desk where the communication on the car failed. He replied "I know nothing about this car" Yet, he was the same person we spoke to during every phone call. We paid for the oil change and basically had the receipt tossed in our direction. Will NEVER be returning to this location, or any Belle Tire ever again! And the car was checked at another shop, there is NO oil leak.
