When they did I said, I need to get the broken part from my truck to compare it. As I walked out, I heard the woman say, "what he's not going to buy it, get the heck out of my store." I brought the part in, compared it but decided I was not going buy it from someone who talks that way about their customers and potential customers. I've brought a lot of things from this store for years. Not today.

Their reason was “there’s some corrosion on the battery” like an old battery that needs replacing wouldnt have corrosion. Bought one myself (from Autozone, of course) and changed it no problem. Only positive is they did jump her car so she could drive to autozone.
