    Store #8002 Needs to be Retrained on Customer Service and how important customers are to a company. No wonder most small parts stores are on the way out or declaring bankruptcy. I drove 45 minutes to this store as it was closest to where I live and asked Staff for Headlights for my Car, gave them all the information on it, the employee had a friend on thier personal cellphone the whole time while helping me, the employee said I needed H1 and charged me and sent me on my way. I returned home and proceeded to start changing the lightbulbs and discovered that the lights I was given were incorrect. I called the store and spoke with a female and she proceeded to tell me that the computer stated I needed those and another H7 set. I told her I asked the employee for the low or dim lights and found out he gave me the ones for the High beams instead. I did not need to replace my Highbeams. I asked her to set them aside as I was driving 45 minutes and she refused and hung up on me. I drove there and the female manager was talking with two family/friend members, not customers, and felt annoyed when I interrupted her to ring up the correct lights that I grabbed off of the aisle. I got Out of There and overheard her state how rude I was to her group as I left. WON'T BE BACK!
