The Customer representative was kind, understanding and helpful. It truly restored my faith in the business. I spoke with a customer service agent today who was very rude. I was not yelling or being beligerant, but she still hung up on me during the conversation. The problem I have with my bill is that I had previously reported my vehicle being under maintainance, and could not make my calibration appointment. That is not a crime, or a deliberate action on my part. I did my due diligence by reporting the vehicle was broke down. I believe this is an agregious charge, especially for someone who has been a customer with intoxilock for 7 years.
