  Shayla M directed me in to bay 1, the only door open. Then yelled No! I need you in bay 2. They then open that door. She proceeded with the nasty tone and yelling and said she has a lot going on. Let me tell ya, my day was great until I went to get an oil change. 😔

  The 2 females working yesterday 4/6 were incredibly rude. It actually is shocking they’re employed there. Need to teach them some respect when dealing with the public.

  I am not one to leave bad reviews but I think there needs to be accountability. I went into Performance plus in Ionia MI, on 4/6 around 10am. I had two females who thought it would be funny to talk about me and laugh while I was in the car and could hear every word. Very unprofessional, and petty. I hope they learn to grow up, and put as much effort into being mean as they do into those oil changes.

  My wife recently got an oil change at the Ionia location. Couple days later I noticed three big oil puddles in My new $12,000 driveway. I took a half day off work and drove it back to the Ionia location. At first they tried telling me they just spilled some on the underneath of it. And they cleaned it all up. I said absolutely not. There's a leak. So they all huddled around, went back underneath the car and then came up and told me that the drain plug had been put back in with a bad gasket. They drained the oil out in this dirty plastic jug, replaced the damaged gasket then put the drained oil back in our car. The manager said he would come to my house and power wash the oil stains off my new driveway. He canceled twice, and then just never contacted me again. I am a business owner and I understand that accidents happen. But it's what you do after the fact to make it right. They did nothing to make it right. I had a past incident with the Lowell location. After my oil change they said they were out of washer fluid and they wanted to know if I wanted to upgrade to a better washer fluid. It would be an additional cost. I said no. So they ended up not putting any washer fluid in my truck. I feel if your business runs out of a product that's included in the cost that they should put the better washer fluid in. And the cost should not be passed on to me. It is unfortunate that now we are in search of a new reputable oil change company
