They call me 1pm on Friday and inform me they cannot fulfill reservation until maybe later in the day after the confirmation email states i can pick up at 8am for a family vacation. Offers no other solutions. I ask regarding other vehicle types. Nope. None. Only later in the day (mind you she never stated when later was). I said i guess I’ll look elsewhere and she said ok then hung up. Didn’t apologize at the end (she did earlier once half heartedly) nor offer to cancel my reservation for me. No clue if i have to do extra work to ensure they don’t charge me. Now I’m struggling last minute to find a rental or cancel my vacation due to lack of proper vehicle needed. Poorest service from any rental place in almost 20 years of using them. If i can find a car i will have to travel over two hours the morning of to get my vehicle if I’m even able to. Very disappointed.
