  The guy that works here is extremely rude and condescending. He was rude about performing a code scan for me even though it’s advertised on the outside of the building. He talks down to people and is extremely rude to every customer that comes in! While I was there he was rude to the two customers infront of me as well as myself. I’ll make the trip up the hill to o’reilys before coming back here….

  I have gone to this location for many years and everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable but tonight one person stood out, and that would be Jason! Not only did he offer to help before I had to ask, but he pointed out the great sale they were having on de-icer (couldn’t pass that up!) and he put my new wipers on for me without me asking! As a busy mom, it was nice to get it all done in one stop!

  The guys at Autozone were fantastic. I needed a new battery and called everywhere in Ionia to see if they could also install. After being told no several times, I stopped in on the hope they could help me. They got me the battery I needed, and took care of swapping out the old one! The staff really helped me in a tough spot. I cannot thank them enough! So sorry I cried again, but you were able to turn my entire day around!

  Went there to get a diagnostic check to see what was happening with our van and the individual that helped us was very knowledgeable, figured out what was wrong just by the description we gave, ran the diagnostic and it was exactly what we were told. Sparkpkugs and ignition coil. Very friendly and courteous staff here. Will definitely go here anytime needed for car parts.
