I understand things break down, but maybe staff should get there early to make sure things are up and running so the customers who pay a pricey membership fee can actually use the carwash!. Nothing more frustrating than sitting in line waiting to get your car washed before work and you have to end up leaving so your not late for work! Ridiculous!
