  Andre, the gentleman who helped me, was the absolute best! He worked with me to get into a vehicle similar to mine (it was in the shop for more than a month) and was happy to help with any questions or concerns I had during that time. I will recommend him and Enterprise to all my family and friends.

  The enterprise car rental facility in Howell Michigan is the best! They are very efficient and try to get you the correct vehicle for your needs. Any problems? They solve them fast. Give them a try 👍🏼

  My family had a trip booked to go to Florida. We booked a large suv two months before hand. We were notified the day before pick up about 2 hrs before the end of the day that the suv wasn’t available. They did have a small crossover available. It was inconvenient and the crossover just wasn’t going to work for our family and all of our luggage. The customer service was okay. They did mention the recalls on all large suvs. I just wish they would have contacted us earlier than a day before since the recalls came a couple of weeks earlier than my scheduled pickup. Stuff happens, they just didn’t have a car for me to use. Avis had exactly what we were looking for with a last minute cancellation.

  The entire reason I would choose enterprise again is because of how your employee , Andre, took such great care of me. There wasn’t a big choice of cars that I could tell, but I still would choose to rent from him again. He is very personable with the public, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. He makes eye contact, and greets you with a smile. That is certainly rare these days. I’ve had experiences with other car rental places, and was treated the exact opposite of how I was treated at Enterprise. I would definitely go back if I have need in the future. I will also definitely recommend their services at that particular location to others in the future.

  Every time I call this company they are out of cars for weeks. What kind of service is this? I was in an accident and my insurance recommend this place. Hard to coordinate a new car with insurance when Enterprise won’t meet your needs. I need a car today. I need to go to work. I do not want to hear we have no vehicles for you For that reason i’m rating you low.
