Because my reservation was moments previous to arriving, the reservation had only just appeared in the system. I knew the last minuteness of it might cause problems, but instead I was delighted! Taylor Hill assisted me and quickly turned around a very recent return to get me squared away. She was so pleasant and helpful!! I ended up needing to extend the rental twice due to my repair. First time I called through apparently to the national team, who were prompt and effective. Short time on the phone with no hassles. 2nd time I was waiting for the shop to call and was a little bit past my return time and someone at the Howell branch called just as I picked up my phone to extend. He took care of it right away with zero hassle! Finally when I arrived to return the car (regrettably at this point because I was really enjoying it!) Taylor was out to greet me before I even was done making sure the backseat was good. She once again provided delightful service! I don’t want my van to break down again, but my husband and I now feel like we might need a “carcation” every now and then. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
