Ordered new tires and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Dropped it off at 4pm they said they’d call me when it was done. 6:50 I just showed back up and went inside and they hand me the keys and said it’s been done. There’s a few cars in front of me before they can check the alignment so I can either leave it over night or bring it back another time. How are there cars in front of me for the alignment when I had an appointment scheduled and you already worked on my vehicle? You guys also didn’t seem to think it was important to contact me to tell me you’d need to keep it overnight to check alignment or to tell me it was ready? No update at all? Needless to say I won’t be returning
I took my Ford Edge in because of a rattling in the front suspension. I suggested the shocks needed to be replaced. They sold me new tires, which I did need, so fine. $1500.00. They warrantied out the front struts but not the shocks. I took the car home and it was still rattling. The next weekend I brought the car back in and they warrantied out the sway bars, which apparently were noted as bad the previous visit. Why didn't they change them then? They then told me my CV joint was bad. Okay, the car has 140k so that's possible. I made them show me the parts. The spline was fine and the only damage was to the snap ring, which I'm sure was damaged when they took it apart. (I'm an engineer, I have designed splines, the spline was fine.) They also tried to charge me for another alignment, even though I had one the week before and this was their miss. The second trip to their store was over $500. I took the car home and guess what? Still making the noise... because it's the darn shock. I guess I'm going back next week. So far I'm in it for over $2k, I have lost my car for two Saturdays and I'm still not done.
While the service staff are all very nice and helpful the waiting/showroom is seriously very dirty. The floor, the water fountains, the fire extinguisher all covered in dust/dirt. I had not been in a Belle Tire store in a decade or more. Any location I used to go to were always clean. My oil change and tire rotation took about 90 minutes in the bay service. I had an appointment. That's a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. The psi readings for my tires after servicing were 33,33, 31 and 32.
Air doesn’t work. Don’t stop here.

Overall a horrible experience, will not be coming back here. Story below for those who care.
I called to order a new set of rims and tires for my car. I called the store a few days later to confirm they were in, and asked if I needed to set an appointment. They said I could just drop by and they could get them installed right away. Upon showing up, I waited 3.5 hours for them to even get my car on to the lift. After waiting another hour for them to install them, they told me I could pick the old wheels and tires up the next day, as they wouldn't fit in my vehicle.
The same day after getting home, I called back to ask them if I could have a set of winter tires put on the old rims before I picked them up, to which they said they could do that. After purchasing another set of tires, I went back in a few days later to pick them up. However, after getting them home, while removing them from the bed of the truck the weights were literally falling of the rims. Turns out they hadn't cleaned where they installed the weights, so they didn't stick. Thankfully they remedied this for free a week later.
I wasn't going to leave a bad review as I got everything I paid for, until I went to swap over to the winter rims. While removing the rear passenger wheel (the brand new rim), I noticed some curb rash on one. Upon looking back at the photos I took after they were installed, I realized there is a spot where they took paint off installing the tires that I hadn't noticed previously due to the tire lube around the rim of the tires after they had finished.
