    I love this Store. Always has great people and parts. I have purchased most of parts and batteries from these stores with excellent service. Lets just say I'm Huge supporter of AAP. Recently transferred/renewed my warranty's with my batteries in my cars. Thanks to Libby at Advance Auto Parts. I would highly recommend this store in Howell MI. Thanks Guys!

    Purchased platinum pro brake pads for mustang after being assured they will not squeak and will have minimal / no brake dust at the Howell, MI store. The pads squeak and generate way more dust that the original pad - by far. Spoke to Libby who said to come in and she'd charge me the difference for Brembo ceramic pads - around $20. Said she would call when in. No call. Drive to store and Libby changed story and said I now have to pay for the pads full price $94, which is not what I was told by her on the phone. Very poor customer experience. Asked to speak to store manager and told he was not in. Asked to speak to regional manager and told he won't be in until later in the week. Poor product and even worse customer service. Wasted trip for no reason - will not do business with them again and recommend others stick with Autozone.
