- SKScott KaiserApr 3, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Be prepared to self service your waste oil recycling in the stock room. Apparently, they will not pour out waste oil containers for a customer. I just dumped four jugs and managed to get oil on my shoes. Imagine if some guy or lady after work was dropping off waste oil and had to pour out when nicely dressed. I have no issues taking the jugs home. Also, three guys behind counter pushing carts and stocking when there were people waiting for parts service. Seriously, just stop and ask them if they need help. Basics... customers should come first, stocking can wait two minutes. You have lost my business.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
