- JSjosh smithDec 3, 20255.0I was visiting Houghton back in Feb 2025 and the power steering went out on my truck. the staff helped with diagnostic and offering tools once we found the problem. Once had new clamps and a refill of steering fluid the trucks power steering was back and doing fine. And it hasn't had problem with it since. An easy fix but when a few hundred miles from home an easily fixed problem is still very stressful. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help.

Every employee I spoke with was kind and helpful. They pointed me toward what I needed and even lent me tools so I could get the job done right there in the lot. In all, Mike, the manager, and the rest of the team made the situation much more manageable. I value good customer service, so I will be returning for my automotive needs.

Very inappropriate behavior, made me extremely uncomfortable to where I will not be shopping there anymore. Also knowing that one of the employees was married and acting in such a vile way was very upsetting. I wasn't the only one witnessing this and I'm sure I'm not the last. Management needs to nip this behavior in the butt. Unbelievable!
