  salesman was awesome but the having to go back and forth to sales manager on everything and i mean everything huge waste of my time trying to get a few questions, then when i went ahead with the loan app i stated i did not need the camp ready package they still tried to add it in 1700+ dollars for a propane tank ( filled) a fire extinguisher, a cheap battery and a waste hose, add in the fee for them doing the paperwork,the electronic file of said paperwork they already charging me 280 to do the list goes on then when loan was approved they needed pay stubs BEFORE they could supposedly tell me what the payment and down payment would even be 120 mile drive to do that and just more delays i finally cancelled potential sale, i dont need the hassles nor feeling as if i am being totally ripped off!

  Bought a camper. Immediately had a leak in the slide and electrical issues. Also had hidden fees.

  Set up Saturday appointment - Melissa never showed up, wanted to trade a 2023 for an older model camper 2015 around 10 grand price- they would not budge on price. The camper was not worth 6grand. Sales man we ended up working with could not understand why we were trying to get an older model. We told him we did not want a payment. He came back with the exact sticker price even after we told him where we needed to be based on our finances. He just wasn't listening.
