This is absolutely a good one. They couldn't fix what was going on because it turned out to be a dealer-only part/fix, but they were kind enough to give me a ballpark figure for the cost based on some research they did.l so I knew what to expect when I called the dealer. My truck is my baby so it is a relief to know we've got a great shop in town that can help when needed! This is the only place we'll be taking our cars in the future.

When I pick it up, the owner flipped the bill over and had listed 5 things that needed to be done. He pointed to the first two and said, "This needs to be done sooner than later, these others you can hold off for a bit.". I was stunned by his honesty and not trying to push me to make repairs that weren't needed right away. This approach has never changed. You pay a fair price, but you're getting what needs to be done. Been with this shop ever since. Thanks Frankie D's!!!
