- SSShade13Aug 21, 20251.0Don’t waste your time here, it was terrible, Barry, who said he was the store manager, wasn’t helpful and he left the one other worker at the counter to go in the back and stayed there. Ray the worker at the counter kept going on his phone and also kept searching up the wrong part when I kept telling him what it was called and he kept trying to correct me when I had 3 different machanices tell me in detail what was wrong and only put the right information in when I pulled out a picture and told him that was what I needed did he finally listen. Also ray was trying to convince me to let him fix my car after I heard him say that he messed up another “one of his customers” radiator which I don’t think he should be trying to promote his own services on company time. And also heard him say that Barry offered to take him out for drinks which I also don’t think is a proper discussion when customers are in the store.
