They assisted me with the installation after they saw me struggling with some stripped bolts, and that battery started right up. I'll be coming back to this Auto Zone in the near future for parts. - DFDale FJan 25, 20265.0Outstanding Service Above and Beyond!! I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in Holly, Michigan today, thanks to James F. It was extremely cold and snowy, and earlier in the day I had needed my car jumped due to a dead battery. During the battery replacement, James was incredibly helpful he grabbed a stool so I could safely access the battery in my full size truck, he and his manager provided the tools, and they made the whole process much easier in miserable weather conditions. After the battery was replaced, he also helped me clear a check engine code, which was greatly appreciated. He truly went the extra mile and was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, clearly caring about making sure everything was done right. This was top-tier customer service from start to finish. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like James. 10 out of 10 experience, and I will absolutely return to this location because of the service he provided. Highly recommend this store and James F. specifically.
