  I stopped at Tommy's Car Wash in Holland last Sunday because they advertised all over Facebook that they were giving a free car wash on that day. As it turned out, that was only available at the Grand Rapids locations. Hmmm, who knew. However, they had a sign that said first wash was free so, I thought I'd try that way. When they said, "Are you Cynthia?" I said, "How do you know my name? I've never been here before." They said they are a sister company of Quality Car Wash so, if you have an account with Quality, you have an account with Tommy's. While this may not have a been false advertisement exactly, it certainly was a deceptive advertisement. I wouldn't have gone completely out of my way had I known this. Won't go back here regardless.

  Avoid, use at your own risk!! I took my new car through on Feb 14th. The finish was scratch free entering the wash. I immediately noted multiple deep gouges in the paint after returning home (numerous on the roof of the car ensuring this was from the wash). I immediately returned to the car wash where the staff apologized and filed a claim for me. I was promised a prompt reply. Nothing in response after 2 weeks. I returned to the wash 3 weeks later, and staff reported a “delay due to computer system”. I requested managers name/telephone number which staff refused to give to me. After almost 4 weeks, I called and was informed my claim was denied without ever communicating with me. I recognize these auto washes are a risk to your paint job, but this was deep scratching of the entire car including roof. This will be over $1000 to repair. The customer service after this incident reflects extremely poorly on this business, and I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. It is a shame as others have mentioned other local car washes take responsibility when damage occurs. As this wash is on site of corporate headquarters, I would have expected better.

  First visit was a pleasant experience and will return often. Downloading the app and signing up for the "first wash free", valued at $22, was very quick and easy. The wash itself was super quick but thorough. Attendants on site are helpful with the app and sign-up and enthusiastic at the entrance of the wash. In and out maybe a total of 5min! Will return!
