  Best Customer Service in Holland! I had an excellent experience the Lakewood location. The young men were all very professional and charismatic, taking the time to clearly explain my car’s needs without making me feel pressured or upsold. It genuinely felt like they cared about helping me rather than just meeting a quota. Roberto was especially helpful—he went above and beyond to assist with a broken piece on my car. It wasn’t even something they typically handle, but he took it upon himself to help facilitate getting it fixed anyway. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I also want to point out that people often criticize the younger generation for lacking work ethic, but that absolutely was not my experience here. Everyone working at this location proved the opposite—they were attentive, hardworking, and took real pride in what they do. Whatever this location is doing, they’re doing it right. They could easily serve as a model or training example for other companies in the area. Truly outstanding customer service.

  I've heard about this place from my son-in-law and my daughter mentioned that he preferred this place from other shops. So finally, I had a chance to know how "good" these guys really are. And I went in for a simple oil change and now I understand why he like this place. Apologies in advance, I didn't take note of the names of the guys. The staff greeted me right away and explained exactly what they’d be doing. The curly haired guy was really nice, welcomed us with a smile and was very informative about what I needed done without aggressively pushing any unnecessary add ons. He answered any questions I had and made great recommendations for my high mileage car. The whole process was quick, I think I was there for 10 minutes. The prices were reasonable, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place that feels like they are being genuine with you, but my experience with this location was nothing short of honesty, efficiency, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and recommending them to friends and family.

  I had went in for an oil change. And the manager had told me that I was too early for it. Most other places would have done it charged me for a new one. I love this place. Great team and very honest people. Thank you
