  I had to rent a car during the very busy spring break time after being in an accident with my car. Aurora quickly got things arranged with my insurance company, got me the only available car for a day, and then the vehicle that I wanted when it came in a day later. Aurora and Gabe both provided outstanding service in spite of how busy they were. That's the kind of work and service that brings customers back!

  The best people Enterprise has. Very friendly, helpful, and an informative group of people. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.

  The team at this location is amazing! They are always so friendly and make it such a quick seamless process so I can be in and out of there in no time. Highly recommend!!!

  I definitely loved the service and honesty from the staff. I was upgraded because no cars in the category was available and I got to test drive the car around the lot to see if I was able and comfortable driving it. The staff were friendly and made sure I understood everything before they let me drive off the lot. All staff were friendly and respectful.

  Travel a lot for work. Like a lot. Large, multinational accounting firm. And I am remote employee. So it just works that way. I run travel baseball teams. So I rental a lot. All the time really. Used to rent at enterprise all the time. Corporate member and all that. Usually pretty decent service. I also volunteer for a school. We've had vans rented since January for a trip for kids. They decided to let us know less than a month before the trip they could no longer honor our reservation. SINCE JANUARY. No information. No explanation. No solutions. No pulling cars from somewhere else. Unprofessional customer service. Giggling and yelling in the background. Their own local school District. Just treats the situation and us as a joke. NEVER AGAIN will I use enterprise Holland. Shameful.
