  Came through to wash my car after visiting my sister. Sat there while everyone else was being let through…then, whom I suppose was the manager and came out and asked me if I got a new license plate. When I told him “No”, I’m just visiting asked me what I wanted. I responded “A crash and I wanted to vacuum my own car”. He told me it would be $39.99 and I would have to pay before they could let me in. So I did after waiting for a few minutes already. So I was charged a membership price upon visiting g when I won’t be back for another year if that. Not to mention I felt I was overcharged because I wasn’t a resident. How prejudice is that. Here I was planning on moving here. Thumbs down for making someone feel unwelcome. 🙁🙁🙁. Told my sister and hubby and they are livid!

  It is now several months later and this is still happening at this location. Non members are getting free washes by pulling into the Member Line and the kids letting them go through. As well, the kids that run it do not replenish the drying agent and your car is still very wet when exiting the wash. Plus they have gone up in prices 2x this year. If there was another car wash choice nearby...how I wish! Two months ago: Continually I am seeing Non members come thru the Customer line and get a free wash (Snellville, GA location) because they are holding up the lines. WHY do I pay a membership if I can just 'mistakenly' come in the Customer line and get waved thru? Or are these kids giving their friends free washes this way? I have now seen at least 7 different people get a free wash for doing this over the last several months. I even approached the girl at the window and asked why she had given someone a free wash. She said exactly what I said " they were holding up the line"

  Tommy Boy car wash delivers, hands down, the most incredible sparkling shine for all of my vehicles. I particularly enjoy taking my 2022 BMW R1250GS in for a good wash after a day parked at Starbucks and Trader Joe's.
