Then he said I can exchange them for the same straps Idk what that mean maybe I can take I deferent color idk like I don’t need them any more just simply want to return them if you have policy like this show it with the tag price NO RETURN ITS SIMPLE so people can see not under your table
- LLlucky lexFeb 23, 20265.0It’s a smaller Pilot, so the spaces are limited, and some are definitely taken by locals that just leave their rig there, so get there very early for a spot. Other than that, the staff is very welcoming and hard working. The food is fresh, and the store is well stocked. I found my shower to be very clean as well, and did not wait a long time in line. Definitely one of the better options in Michigan. 💯
- GGGFeb 4, 20265.0In all my years of driving, I’ve never had such a positive experience at a truck stop shower. I don’t even think I’ve had one this good at a hotel before. The showers were not only new and spacious, but also impeccable. Mr. Tom even left a note and some candy wishing me a great experience. I’ve never seen anything like this, and it makes me very happy to see a hard-working man who takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to provide a great experience. Needless to say, I’ll be back, and I’ll be patronizing this Pilot from now on every time I’m in the area. If Mr. Tom happens to see this, I want to thank you for giving such great service to truckers from all over the country at this Pilot location!
