  Honest review, would not recommend. Paid over $7k for a collision repair and when I went to pick it up, it was missing several parts (one of which being the chrome fog light bezel, the light was hanging loose), and had a check engine light that wasn't present prior to my accident. I truly appreciate they offered to make it right and fixed it for me, but when I picked it up the second time, there were ZERO screws holding the bumper on, ZERO of the rocker panel clips were snapped in, and several wheel well liner nuts were missing. Again, appreciate they offered to make it right but when I picked it up the THIRD time, they STILL hadn't clipped in the rocker panel and had left old rocker panel clips in place. I took it home and fixed the rocker panel myself. Photos of the quality of work: old rocker panel clips in the way of new ones, crooked reflector, one fog light bezel still not clipped in place (the other side is miraculously), missing bumper screws. If you want it done correctly the first time without having to check their work, go somewhere else

  Absolute joke of a company they have had my car since September and until recently there has been absolutely no progress on my vehicle and now all of a sudden there's more work and its totalled so iv been making payments on a vehicle that I haven't been able to drive since September for absolutely no reason except incompetence

  I can not say enough good things about my experience with this shop. I had two accidents in quick succession so got to compare my experience with Gerber to my experience with a different auto shop. Out of professional courtesy I will leave the other shops name out of this review but to say the experiences were polar opposites would be an understatement. Gerber texted me updates on my vehicle every Tues and Thurs. the other shop never contacted me period. I was quoted 4 weeks for both vehicles. Gerber got me my car back a week earlier than quoted. The other shop will wind up taking 9 weeks to complete my vehicle. I had a flat tire as a consequence of the accident that happened while waiting to take my vehicle in to Gerber. They saved the cheap tire I had put on so I could turn it into a full sized spare, got me a full set of tires at a great price, and were able to bill one to my insurance. They arranged my rental car, made estimates quick and convenient, communicated well with my insurance and the insurance of the person that hit us. I don't usually think of a auto body shop as a bright spot in my life, but at a really rough time in my life, their professionalism, thoughtfulness and diligence truly made things better for me. I will only ever work with this shop again in the future.

  Gerber employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The body work they did was amazing. This is not my first time getting work done. I have never had an issue after my repair. They even offered to fix a couple areas of paint repair for a great price done they were going to do some things in that area anyways. It all worked out great!!!
