It was for Friday at noon, when all this started. Problem? Talking to your store in Holland at 2pm on Friday. So it was delayed almost 24 hrs for pick up. The person she spoke to on Friday screwed up. This was not convenient. Very unhappy with the Holland, MI, store/agency.
