- DJDaniel JenningsDec 23, 20251.0It took 3 and a half hours to get new tires and an oil change. After they put the tires on my vehicle sat in a bay for an hour and a half with no one doing anything. When I went to ask how much longer the clerk went back and asked and when he came back he told me that they still needed to do the oil change and check the alignment. When they put my vehicle on the machine for an alignment the clerk came and told me that it needed an alignment but I know that it does not. In my opinion they wanted to charge me an alignment so I would come back to get it fixed and pay more money. Ive never had this much of an issue with any other belle tire location. This location by far seems like they do not care about customers and they make customers wait when there vehicle is already in to service customers that walk in and need something. It seems like they would rather inconvenience customers that are waiting. I will not be going back to this location.
