    I went to have my battery load tested. Their tester leads were damaged to the point they provided a poor connection. the person who me suggested I check a fuse it showed just a little weak under a load. There are not any fuses between the tester and the battery.

    Extremely rude staff that refused to search for a part and argued with me so I finally just asked where the fuses were and found it myself. Horrible service. Too lazy to even look up a fuse.

    The people that work here are lazy I seen what I needed just needed someone to grab it for me. The person checking me out said they don't have any in stock. Lol ok that's fine O Reilly can have my business.

    This location used to be my go to for years. It took a straight nosedive down. Incompetent and rude staff. They argue with you on what you ordered. Orders not ready in the time that its supposed to be. I'd rather pay more and get better service and coompetent empoyees. No wonder so many of the stores closed.
