When I called about a vehicle that was on the lot I was told Thomas was on vacation. I said it wasn't a big deal and I was going to come and give a down-payment. Tom actually called me while he was on vacation and we made arrangements over the phone. We closed the deal when he returned. I am very impressed with Independence Vans, LLC.

Tom was a great help and made the process much less stressful. I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership or financed, and he helped me every step of the way and even was the reason I was able to get financed. Very personal and good customer service.

Let me start by saying tom is a great guy with integrity. I wasn't looking to drive 3 hours away for a car but I'm glad I did. There was no pressure to buy even though he held it for me. I will definitely not think twice about going back. My drive home was great, thank you tom.

Frequently Asked Questions About Independence Vans

What's the difference between a sideentry and rearentry wheelchair van?

Side entry vans allow wheelchair users to be positioned in the front passenger position, though maneuvering in and out may be more complex. They require additional space on the side for entry and exit, but work well for garage storage. Rear entry vans provide simpler entry and exit and fit in most parking spaces, but wheelchair users must remain in the back seating area.

Can wheele chair users drive these vans?

Yes, wheelchair users can drive our accessible vans with appropriate modifications.
