They use an impact wrench with the wrong bit and striped the screw completely so that it had to be repaired at the local dealership. They informed that management would follow up with me and never did. Also a full Service oil change with 6 quarts is over $120. Tried a new place in Howell called Marshalls express and got mobile one full synthetic 6 quarts for 85 bucks. I have my oil changed here with five vehicles. Guess you guys just lost the business.
