Recommended a tire rotation, tires have led than 300 miles since installed. Recommended coolant flush, the car has led than 5,000 miles since a major dealer service including water pump and coolant. Attempted to sell a battery to replace a 23 month old battery that is testing higher than the rate CCA.... I am very dissatisfied, there is no possible way the technicians actually looked at any of the items they attempted to upsell to my wife. None of us will be returning. That is currently 7 vehicles that will be serviced elsewhere.

Asked the person behind me to back up, and ultimately left after close to an hour with no communication from staff.
- GGGaryDec 6, 20251.0Went there last week for a coolant flush, I was charged $130.00. I observed that the system wasn't flushed but that fluid was sucked out and then replaced. When I questioned this, I was told that per corporate policy that's the procedure now... Well that is NOT a flush and at 130.00 is a total Rip Off!! I also asked to have my oil topped off as it was 1/2 qt low, was told that would be $8.00 for a quart as Corporate does not allow top offs! I have been going to this location for year's with 3 - 4 vehicles. But NO MORE - I will be going elsewhere! Send that to Corporate!
