  This place is AMAZING. went in with my newly bought car with the free 80 point inspection we found out a lot was wrong with my car, after I talked with Marti (& his team) I found out it wasn't even safe for me to drive with my daughter... they went above and beyond to fix things that were most dangerous and to make it affordable still for me. I appreciate this shop so much, if I could rate higher I would! When my car was in the shop I also got a shuttle to and from work if I needed it. Words cannot express how grateful I am for marti and his team.

  They were the lowest priced in my area and even after finding a bunch of rust under my windshield they still fixed it for a extremely reasonable priced ,i would recommend this place to anyone who needs there windshield replaced

  Not a good experience. I made an appointment to drop my car off in the morning - simple tire losing air. I was told it would be 2-3 hours. I thought this was a long time for a simple job, but my wife picked me up and for the day we didn't need a second car. No call from them by 4p.m. I thought it must be done. Upon getting there to pick up my car I was told it was not done, and will not be until the next day. I protested. The guy went to the back and came out telling me it would be done by end of day. I sat in the lobby another 40 minutes. While waiting i heard another person experiencing the same thing. This is the second time I have had this experience at A&D. I believe they "front load" the day or week so they have plenty of work, and really don't care if they have your car for hours or even days - as long as they get paid. Just be careful. They are not honest and contrary to how they present themselves, not really people-oriented.

  Let's talk about character for a moment. Prices are negotiable. We can compete to find the best brands or cheapest repairs.... but what matters to me the most is honesty and character. Ian Hagen has it in spades. He: -was honest about the scope of work and kept my mom in the loop about her repairs -chose to allow her to keep her loaner vehicle for a full week after insurance bailed and allowed her time to find a new vehicle -offered a free, pre purchase inspection on any car she chose to bring. -let her keep the loaner while minor repairs on the new car we're completed elsewhere -offered reasonable prices on a new set of tires should we wish to purchase them in the future. -did a windshield chip repair on her new car for no cost -and even stayed after hours to help me retrieve a set of lost keys. Beyond that, he and Gwen were warm and caring through the entire process, and I was extremely impressed with their demeanor throughout. And I say this as someone who is not easy to impress. Ultimately these small things are what win long term trust and future business and I will be pleased to recommend folks deal not only with A and D, but with Ian specifically. To Ian, thank you so much for all you have done and will continue to do, and please keep it up going forward. Trust is hard won in this industry and youve done an amazing job earning it.

  I've had two recent experiences with A&D and both were not good. They definitely charge...in excess as they seem to be VERY aggressive. Anyway, they charged me 600.00 just to diagnose (not repair) a problem that should take less than one hour to determine...I decided to tow the car back and repair it on my own. Again, they did NOT fix it...all they did was remove and inspect (R&I) ONE part and charged 600.00...three hours to remove a vaccum pump...really? In the end..they quoted 7-9k for the repair and I did it in my own garage for a fraction of the price (NOT three days of labor as what was spec'd). It seems they cater to the fleet customers and I'm sure their service quality is fine...but again they are aggressive with their recommendations and pricing. My family and I will go back to our normal shop for repairs I can't handle.
