  From the front office staff to the techs on the floor to the little air freshener in the vent when you pick up your car, the passion and engagement from this team is undeniable. I had the opportunity to bring my vehicle in to the crew at A&D Repair in Haslett, and they handled the 200K mile maintenance, fluid flush and oil change for me with professionalism and cared for my car down to the detail of washing it when they were done. This team is clearly led well, guided by their goals to please their clients and powered by employees who feel like they are making a difference. I highly recommend this company, and will be relying on their support and expertise in the near future.

  Since it was my first time imma be a fair to them as they was to me. As a business owner i know how hard it can be to run a business. With that said i would never try to scam or pull anything shady. The same cannot be said for this company. Pros: The work was done. And done pretty well. Even got a nice call about it a week later. Cons: They was trying to bury my business charging me over 6k for brakes. Inflating the price on everything from extra parts i didn't need, to almost 100 bucks just to put on windshield wipers. Not only that, they cost me a extra day and a half of work, then try to blame me when they ordered the wrong parts. Which is why everything got pushed back in the first place. Now i can list a few more cons, like i was overcharged on most of the parts because i could find them cheaper, or the fact they don't list they labor hrs so you could get double- charged, or charged per individual service like my windshield wipers. To really drive home the point i can just post my invoice. But i would like to be fair. With some push back i did get the price to drop. Could it been more? Absolutely. We talking about a few months rent, car notes for most of the year, just a lot can be done with that kind of money. In this economy this amount of money would kill businesses. Next time just don't be predatory and communicate better. SN: Always do your research and ask for the invoice in detail. Complete details.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. During a very difficult time in my life, they went above and beyond to help me. They took care of my car repairs after the passing of my husband, and that kindness meant more than I can express. Their compassion, integrity, and willingness to help speak volumes about the kind of people they are. I will always be grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring service.

  Definitely do not recommend them at all! Girlfriend takes her car in because windshield wipers stopped working after they had just replaced the windshield. Try charging $208 to look at it without being told so and then say it was $1700 to fix it. I get involved. I take the car to my buddy shop. The only thing that was wrong. Was the bolts need to be tightened down took about 10 seconds windshield wipers worked perfect!
