  Great service and great people working there. Very knowledgeable and friendly. A good source for practical, real world experience and knowledge that you could never replace (nor would I try) with ChatGPT or AI.

  Today, New Year’s Eve, I requested help from a very nice lady at the counter. Me: “Does this store install a rear wiper if I buy it here?” Nice counter lady: “I can’t but someone working here will.” Me: “Great then if you have it in stock I’ll buy one.” Another young woman older employee guy (name unknown) was shouting out wise cracks about “Girls can’t do it” or something. He never acknowledged me or offered to help. Just calling out distracting remarks that slowed the process. Clearly not trying to be helpful to me or the women on staff. Another young woman named Alex did the job really well. Politely and efficiently. I thanked her warmly and sincerely. When I left I saw the rear wiper blade looked like a part was missing. I looked it up on ChatGPT which said a cover for the blade didn’t get transferred. I went back to ask about it. Courteously. I was still satisfied customer. There was some confusion and Alex pulled out my original part to compare. The wise cracking guy saw the situation but made no effort to help - even though he wasn’t busy. The others looked to him for input and he gave me the impression he was NOT willing to help - like - let the women figure it out. I asked him directly - as the customer to the apparently smug and more experienced guy, “Would you please just take a quick look at my wiper?” Smug guy: “I’m off the clock now.” Me: Who’s the manager?” Guy: “Alex is” Surprising because this guy was not the least bit resentful to her status. It was 1:55 so odds are his shift ended at 2pm. But I said: “Would you please look at my car right there in your way out?” Guy: “I guess so” I said:”Thank you. That’s the right thing to do.” So, Alex the smart courteous woman was terrific. As was the lady at the cash register. But this guy was a ZERO stars representative of this store and if AutoZone. Just rude, condescending to me and his manager and really a bummer to deal with today. He’s a guy with salt & Pepper goatee, over 6’ tall whose shift ended @2pm on Jan 31, 2025. I hope AutoZone looks into this. I’ll be going to other stores in 2026.

  Just want to say I am grateful/thankful for Chris who was able to assist me today with an issue. In my visits to this location each and every person that has helped me was very knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, respectful, patient and kind. Definitely a great crew at this location. Thank you.
