  I went to Recharge my car battery.they said its a bad battery we can't recharge.my battery new I bought it 6 month ago.it was in garage for month .then I went to ( O'Reilly )next dollar tree.they test it and said with nice smill.comback 1-2 hours.. its bad business. deserve below 0 stars

  I want to give a huge shout-out to this AutoZone location for the help I received today, February 23, 2026, around 5 PM. I came in for a new battery, but I had to leave my car running in the lot so it wouldn’t die on me. Even though the store was really busy, the employee who helped me didn't hesitate. He came outside, swapped the battery for me, and made sure I got my core money back instantly. I forgot to ask for his name, but if you’re reading this: thank you so much! I really appreciated you taking the time to help me out during a rush. 😊

  My experience.There is an older employee with half of her hair dyed blonde. She isn’t very friendly and treats customers harshly. I bought a new battery, and about ten minutes later I came back to return the old one and get the refund. I was surprised when she looked at me arrogantly and said, “What do you want, sir?” I told her I was returning the old battery. I honestly don’t know if she has memory issues or if she’s just being difficult.
