- JAJay AlomNov 8, 20251.0Write a review intermediate sentence Attention Auto Zone company these employees are not serious about their job they kicked me out after half hour at the counter I was supposed to swap my warranty parts bring old ones and get a new The guy spent half an hour and then told me he couldn't find parts but he found one anyway manager told him to bring those two parts he instruct him what to do later one he told I have to go another store get a parts because I don't receipt 🧾 what world that employees living no idea he pull out warranty from my number now he said he need a receipt 🧾 for the swap therefore I told him to call your manager he will tell you what to do he said he knows what he's doing and then he told me he not going to serve me go to the next register and argue with me. The very end manager came to me and told me you haven't helped you yet. My point he could say he is new he doesn't know how to do a swap go next register I would go but I spent my half hour with bad attitudes and removed my old parts that's really bad Dear Autozone you are at this level because of the customer customer pays that is why your business is running. I have social media platforms with over 2M people following me I don't want to bring this issues there. It could have a big impact on your business.

There are three workers inside but no one seems to help or know what’s going on. Honestly, it’s better to drive a few extra miles to another AutoZone than waste time at this one.

When I asked another worker, he said it’s not good to ask the same question, even though I was talking to someone else. They were rude to me and my people, and one of them stayed on his phone while customers waited. There were 4 or 5 workers but only 3 customers, and they still acted like we were a problem. Terrible customer service. Go to a different location where they respect customers
