  Bait and switch move at Marquette, MI airport location. Offered a “midsize luxury sedan, 5 series, A6, or similar.” Was assigned a Dodge Durango, which is luxury only in some Dodge executive’s fever dreams. Then I was told that this location *never* is allowed to keep and rent midsize luxury sedans, instead transferring them to other locations yet still drawing customers like me in by advertising them and confirming reservations for them. Complete scam by location management. I’m forced to give a single star, but if I could I’d give zero or negative numbers. Doing this is wire fraud by definition.

  Called and talked to at least 3 or 4 people 2 days ago to only have my reservation canceled last minute. Never again. This company along with enterprise in Marquette mi are the worst options and unfortunately the only ones. Now we are stuck with no way out even tho we had rental cars books from both places... grat jobs guys.

  I reserved a car over the phone, then went to the airport to pick it up 45 minutes later and they said they didn't have any cars available. He said, "That's why you should have called our local office," as if it was somehow my fault. I DID call their local number, but their system sent me to a call center somewhere, where they told me a car was available and sent me a reservation confirmation email.

  No issues with the vehicle, delivery or return. Clean and very well equipped, used android auto to link with the system in the vehicle for maps. Was flawless. I don't care for foreign cars over American, just because things are so different - but was easy to figure things out within a few minutes... Please keep up the great service.
