  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at Belle Tire in Grosse Pointe Farms was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. My wife had already purchased three tires from this location. When the fourth tire blew out, I brought the vehicle in on Saturday to ask if it was covered under warranty. An employee spoke directly with the manager and clearly confirmed that it was covered — the only issue was that the specific tire needed to be ordered and would arrive Monday. That assurance is the only reason we returned. On Monday, my wife dropped off the car and waited for the replacement. When she went to check out, she was blindsided with a $350 charge. No prior call. No discussion. No explanation. Suddenly, the warranty that was confirmed two days earlier no longer existed. It felt like a complete bait and switch. When I called to understand how something could go from “covered under warranty” to “$350 due today,” the manager, Ryan, was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of taking accountability, he blamed it on a trainee — as if confirming warranty coverage with a manager is somehow a minor misunderstanding. There was zero ownership, zero professionalism, and zero effort to make it right. I asked to set up a meeting with the employee, the GM, and the owner, Don Barnes, to resolve the situation in a transparent way. Ryan’s response? “We don’t do meetings — we are independent.” The tone was arrogant and completely dismissive of the fact that we had just spent hundreds of dollars under circumstances that felt deceptive. When my wife attempted to return the tire, she was again met with hostility and no willingness to accommodate or even have a respectful conversation. We walked away feeling swindled. We were told one thing to get us back in the door, then charged something entirely different once the car was already there. The lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility was just as troubling as the charge itself.

  Kenny!!!!!! This is the guy you want to see. Always have a good experience here.. FYI I drive 35 minutes just to come here because I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kenny is the man you want to see if you have any car issues.

  Worst tire place ever! Dropped off tires and wheels for mounting. Took 2 full days when they promised me it would only be a few hours!!! They put two of the tires on backwards (directional tires) and refused to switch them that day. They said it would be another day or two! Rude and unintelligent people that work there!
