    I continue to be impressed with the team at this location. Tre was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate having this great location with excellent customer service so close to home

    Due to my experience with my kids, we’re all disabled on Physical. They was patient understanding compared to other corporate rentals I’ve been to to get a rental Car to go see my family in Ohio and celebrate my birthday with my kids so I advise anyone even if you’re out here. Choose this one regardless I’m 43 minutes away stay by the airport. and it’s worth it to go over there to get a car just to travel out of state for family business or loves ones it’s the inconvenience and time we can’t get back inconveniences money and they understand this SO !! THANK YOU GUYS !!!!and this is not a (NOT A PAID SPOKESPERSON ) just An experience, Rental or anything that has to do with Transpertation experience this was the best they didn’t pay me poop! I’m just letting you know 😎 and if you have a problem, just let them know, they will take care of it just call let them know !! lol have a great day I will greatly recommend enterprise and I will be buying my car from you guys

    Non spokes person . But I got two disabled kids my physical & all the staff on site was patient with me . While assisting customers. Due gentility so thank you guys also help me go home to Ohio get my Ls in 2021 first time booking and I didn’t know how to put the keys back or thought you had someone had to be there to put the keys back and there’s a drop off box where you can just return the keys and pull away or Uber away and I didn’t know that in 21 cause I’m from a small town, but they was so understandable and did not charge me cause I did not know but like I said I’m also ADHD so this is somewhere. I would definitely come if you also disable have pets come here to Grosse Pointe due to my experience experiences with other companies.
