  Got new Michelin tires , the gentleman i spoke to was able to price match with costco price. Made more sense to go with belle tire cause they were closer rather than driving a while to go to Costco that and the same day appt. So while they were installing tires they called me and said hey your struts and shocks are worn pretty badly we can replace them for you and with tires and all the stuff that goes with it would be around 2500 out the door. I thought that was pretty pricey but I reluctantly agreed. A month later my car starts creaking and groaning at stops and starts and my stability trak and traction starting going nuts. I called them back and they said bring it in we'll have a look. Brought it back and they say the shock we installed blew out completely and they also your lower control arm is wobbly you should consider replacing it. So I had them replace that also and they did the shock under warranty. It's been a few days since and my car still creaks and groans while stopping and starting. I brought it back again and they're like you have a groove in your rear brake pads and thats what's cause the creaks. I had just done the work and replace the pads and rotors and I knkw for fact that they are fine and belle tire is just taking me for an idiot and rip money off me. Stick to doing just tires and leave the mechanical work to professional mechanics. Extremely disappointed in the "resolution" of what they messed up and now im stuck with a tripping out traction control issue and a creaky car, thanks belle tire!

  Customer service on the phone was pretty unfriendly . When I went in to pick up my car, I waited about 10 minutes and would’ve waited longer if I hadn’t gone into the office to get someone. The employee I saw was swinging in his chair playing phone games, other staff saw me waiting but didn’t acknowledge me. Was also really disappointed to find mud all over the inside of my car, especially since I had just cleaned it. On top of that, I’m still finding medium and large pieces of glass inside the vehicle, which feels unsafe and careless. I’ve had a window replaced before by another company that took the time to protect the interior and clean everything up, so I know this can be done better. I only chose Belle Tire because Safelite was booked out. The speed was nice, but the lack of care and customer service was frustrating.

  Belle Tire has been a great service every time. The guys up front are professional and friendly. The service was fast… and always get a bang for my buck. 10/10.

  Bought tires online to include labor. Found out it includes checking for alignment issues. But it does not include them actually doing the alignment if anyone is wondering. Will not be coming back. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew that information upfront.

  Had a scheduled appointment to replace 4 truck tires. After dropping the vehicle off I received a call saying the tires that they had set a side for me appeared used. They offered me a discounted price. I declined. Went back on a different date and had the new tires installed. They weren't able to do an alignment due to all kinds of front end work needing to be done apparently. After spending 2 G on new tires I walked out of there with an estimate for over 2 G for front end work. I took the truck to another mechanic in Greenville to get a second opinion. I was told nothing needed replacement at this time. I guess it does pay to get a second opinion. I've lost all trust in this company and will never take another vehicle there.
