I watched them take all 16 lug nuts off with no problem at all. I was in and out in 35mins and it was 40$ cheaper. Will never ever go to any Bell Tire!
- MUMark Ullery2 days ago1.0Had a scheduled appointment to replace 4 truck tires. After dropping the vehicle off I received a call saying the tires that they had set a side for me appeared used. They offered me a discounted price. I declined. Went back on a different date and had the new tires installed. They weren't able to do an alignment due to all kinds of front end work needing to be done apparently. After spending 2 G on new tires I walked out of there with an estimate for over 2 G for front end work. I took the truck to another mechanic in Greenville to get a second opinion. I was told nothing needed replacement at this time. I guess it does pay to get a second opinion. I've lost all trust in this company and will never take another vehicle there.

The waiting area was clean and the chairs were comfy. Joshua told me what was going on with the car. I was able to get an oil change but they suggested I go to the dealership for the brake problem. I was very happy with the service and customer service.

They also quoted me at a rebate price over the phone without telling me there was a rebate I would have to pay for up front. Glad I didn’t bring the exact amount for the tires of the quoted price or I wouldn’t have had enough. They really should be better about that kind of information. Highly disappointed with my experience here.

I follow up with my order, Custom Service Representative responds to there was no order placed. Custom Service Representative took my ordered again for MileStar tires. I was frustrated that first Custom Service Representative did not take ordered. Custom Service Representative said we will have the tires by tomorrow and you can drop off your vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle then my vehicle was ready for pick up. Tech installed my tires installed the wrong tires that were more expensive. I communicated that I did not order BF GoodRich Advantage Control. I ordered MileStar. They were aware I did not plan to keep vehicle. The Custom Service Representative said they will take off $239.60. And Give me my alignment for free. So I paid an additional $200 plus for tires I did not order. I should have not had to pay anything additional, that was Belle Tire’s fault. I did not have the time for them to take off the incorrect tires and schedule a different day to put on correct tires. I am traveling for work and not from the area. I do not recommend women or elderly to come to this location. Many auto shops take advantage of non knowledgeable individuals of auto care and I believe that is what happened.
