  Every time I'm in this store and Scott helps me at the counter he's so friendly. Willing to help me around the store and answer any questions. I strongly think he needs a raise for how well customer service he provides.

  The 2 stars is based on historical experiences here. The lack of the 3 others is based on my most recent. I placed an online order, which stated all were available for pickup and in stock. Got a call that 1 part wasn't actually and needed to be brought in. I let them know it stated otherwise online and instead of "yeah sometimes the systems are off some, we do apologize" or admitting they might've not updated their stock, I got "that tells you how many are in stock nationwide". I wasn't born yesterday, why if I identify that as my store, would it tell me stock for Brandon, FL? It wouldn't or whomever engineered that probably ought to be selling auto parts with this bunch. I requested a cancellation and was being strong armed into coming in to process it. Unless I'm coming in to get all of my order, no thanks. It's not 2002. Not helpful, not pleasant, not anything positive. Luckily customer support was awesome over the phone. At one point they said "that stores wasting my damn time" while dealing with them to process the cancellation and overrode the back charge. All is well in the world now. Except the employment at this store. If you visit, don't expect pleasantry and assistance beyond help with tying your shoes.......
