It took them weeks to respond with a possible solution that I had already informed them I tried. They said they have to work with the supplier on the issue. That was months ago and still no response after a few emails from me asking for an update on the status. Edit: After some discussion with service department, the issue was resolved and everything went well. They fixed the equipment in a timely and satisfactory manner
