They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my car was in good shape before I left. It’s nice to find a place that’s both fast and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
- TCTyler CurrentApr 10, 20262.0Had my wife’s car in for an oil change this evening. The staff was very friendly and appeared to do a proper service to the vehicle. Had a few errands to run across the street near the mall afterwards. On my way home about an hour later after getting up to 50 ish miles per hour, we heard a strange sound coming from under the car. I pulled over to look under the car and the whole front of the skid plate is loose. It scraped against the road and broke a few of the tabs that hold it in place. I was able to push the tabs back in place to get home. Got out the shop light and crawled under the car to find 5 of the screws missing that hold the skid plate in place. I took pictures and am planning to be sitting at the door when they open tomorrow. The lack of care to completely reassemble components of a customers vehicle is really concerning.
